Terms of Service

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.✰ GENERAL TERMS
- Be nice while asking for inquiries
- Backgrounds aren't included in base price, have to be discussed if needed
- Provide as many references as possible, don't be afraid to ask for further informations.
- No wall of text, be as short and concise as possible.
- Don't commission before being sure of what you want.
- I might refuse the commission if i don't feel comfortable with it.
- No mechas - no NSFW - no furries - no realistic animals
- I might stream the art process so if you are against this, please let me know beforehand.✰ PAYMENT- Full payment has to be fully sent after the sketch/draft phase.
- Only paypal accepted.
- Currency is EUROS.✰ PROCESS
- It usually takes **2 to 3 weeks ** before I will start working and finishing on your commission due to other commissions ongoing.
- I'll send a WIP at every phase but you can ask for wait time and WIPs at any time.
- Please don't pressure me as it will only end up in me going faster, thus losing quality.✰ CUSTOMER SATISFACTION- I'll be able to provide only 3 edits on finished logos, only 3 small coloring edits on finished art pieces so pay attention at the sketch phase and be clear on what you want.- Don't be afraid to cancel the commission if you don't think i can satisfy you, this has to be done before payment and ONLY during sketch phase.- No major edits (font choice, lineart, general composition or pose) after sketch/draft is approved.✰ COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY- I, the artist, hold every right to the produced art piece. I'm allowed to use them for portfolio, repost them anywhere and use them to promote myself.- The commissioner might repost with credits every art piece and can't apply any major edit without permission such as removing the watermark.- The followings are considered copyright infringement:
removing watermark
claiming being the artist
printing for commercial use
altering the work without my consent- You may be able to purchase full commercial use art (merch, books, games...) for a fee of 50% the final price of the art piece.- You are free to use the logos/art on your streams/videos/clips/banners/screens without needing to buy the commercial use, i just ask for credits somewhere :) .✰ CANCELING/REFUND POLICY- You have the right to cancel a commission at any time until the sketch phase, thus before sending the money.- You won't be able to get a refund after the money has been sent.- Filing a chargeback against me will result on your name being blacklisted by me, Erina Vtuber, and exposed to the artist/vtuber community, you will lose all rights on the art you commissioned.- If any problem occurs, don't hesitate to discuss with me in a polite way :).Last edited March - 07th 2022.
